What will I be doing as a Receptionist?

  • Working in a front of house role, you will be carrying out a reception based role with some admin support.

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls on switchboard and transferring to the right person
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing the security barrier access for the car park
  • Assisting with general admin and invoicing

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous reception / phone based office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Professional and presentable in appearance
  • Able to commit to a temporary role for at least a month
  • Due to the office location, you will realistically need your own transport
