Role: As the UK FP&A Manager, you will take ownership of analysing key manufacturing KPIs, including cost per unit, yield, scrap and throughput, developing a true understanding of operational drivers and how they influence financial outcomes. Collaboration sits at the heart of the role: you will work closely with production teams, supply chain, wider operations and senior leadership, acting as a trusted partner who challenges constructively and brings new perspectives. Given the complexity of the organisation, you will also navigate group, local and in house reporting systems, ensuring alignment and accuracy across all financial processes.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
