Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead staff management and development to cultivate Financial Accounts Team excellence, with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement, including elements of finance transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of quarterly VAT and Plastic Tax preparation and submission, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Leading key elements of the Head Office budgeting and forecasting process and monthly KPI reporting.
- Reviewing current processes and operations to identify risks, supporting internal and external audit compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills for developing and motivating a financial accounts team.
- Solid technical accounting expertise across financial reporting, VAT, tax compliance, and management accounting.
- Commercial awareness and analytical capability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
