Overview

Your new company is an established higher education organisation undertaking a major finance systems transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the transition to a cloud-based finance system
  • Engage with non-finance teams to embed new processes into work streams
  • Provide training to staff on new system and processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Management Accountant
  • Lead system change initiatives, ensuring integration issues are addressed
  • Review and automate key finance processes, driving buy-in from non-finance staff

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA / CIPFA / ACCA) or exceptional QBE with relevant and recent experience
  • Broad overview of finance and experience implementing systems or project management within an SME environment
  • Proven history of leading system change and strong knowledge of integration issues
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
