Westwood Recruitment is seeking a confident & reliable facilities coordinator for an assignment in Manchester City Centre. The opportunity is a temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent employment after 2 months.

  • Hours: Split Shift (7am to 3:30pm) (10:30pm to 7am)

Requirements

  • Confident with good customer service skills
  • Able to work confidently alone & in a team
  • Able to pass a BPSS check

  • Arranging planned preventive maintenance
  • Using access control systems
  • Conducting Fire Alarm tests
  • Standard reception responsibilities
