Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Maintaining and updating existing Customer Contracts
  • Documentation Preparation of New Contracts
  • Supporting communication with the Finance Department
  • Ordering of General Office Supplies
  • Assisting with Gift Aid reporting and administration

Person Specification:

  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in an office based environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good organisational skills.
