About the Role

Aspire People is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join partner primary schools as Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs). If you have recently completed your Primary PGCE with QTS, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a primary school without full teaching responsibilities.

In this role, you will support learning across EYFS to Year 6, including covering PPA sessions, allowing you to apply the skills you developed during your PGCE and continue building your teaching experience for the future. Many HLTAs in these schools have successfully transitioned into full-time teaching roles once they became available.
