Do you have a caring heart and a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for compassionate Care Assistants to support our customers in continuing the lives they know comfortably, safely, and independently in their own homes. Our client is proud to hold an Excellent CIW rating, built on a commitment to personalised, unhurried, and truly compassionate care.

No Experience Needed

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support. All you need is kindness, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others. Please note: You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own car.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping with daily routines and personal care
  • Preparing meals and encouraging healthy habits
  • Offering companionship and conversation
  • Supporting mobility and exercise
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Bringing warmth and positivity to someone’s day

Competitive Pay & Fantastic Perks:

  • £14.00 - £14.40 per hour
  • Double time on bank holidays
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile
  • 28 days holiday (pro rata)
