We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast‑paced team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries
- Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
- Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
