My client is a rapidly expanding corporate finance boutique based in Manchester city centre and they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive or Manager to join the growing team.
We are looking for an ACA qualified Corporate Finance professional with demonstrable experience of working on transactions in the lower mid-market with SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Experience should include both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including buy-outs, buy-ins and growth capital.
