We are working with a well-established and growing Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos. The company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well, resulting in great staff retention rates. They have been awarded several new contracts and are seeking several Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis, working on planned Social Housing refurbishments across the North West.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes. You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- The smooth operational management, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
- Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
- Monitoring the quality of work.
- Liaising with the client.
- Programming works.
- Ordering materials.
Experience needed: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
