Pay & Working Hours

  • PAYE hourly rates for the role are as below:
    • Monday – Friday (Day) – £16.38 per hour
    • Weekend (Day) – £20.48 per hour
    • Monday – Friday Overtime after 45 hours – £21.79 per hour
    • Weekend Overtime after 45 hours – £25.88 per hour
    • Bank Holidays – £24.57 per hour
  • Weekly £50 Multidrop Delivery Bonus.
  • Start times are between 04:00 and 07:00.
  • Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours paid.
  • Rota available: 5 on 3 off.

Responsibilities

  • The role involves conducting store deliveries from the client’s Bury premises, operating a tail lift for caged food product deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in physical work handling fresh, frozen, and chilled produce.

Qualifications

  • Valid Category C driving licence.
  • Experience in retail multi‑drop deliveries.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
  • Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.
  • Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply.
  • Drivers will undergo a Drug & Alcohol test as per company policy.
  • Drivers must bring PPE — Safety boots, Hi Viz Vest, and Gloves.
