Salary: £15.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 5:30pm (Overtime available and paid at time and a half)

Recon Packaging is seeking a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to join our team of experienced and dedicated drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values a consistent weekday schedule with no nights out or weekend work. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time, maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.

What We Offer

  • Overtime opportunities (paid at time and a half, including early starts between 6‑8am)

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe and timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Adhering to all road safety and company compliance standards
  • Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues
  • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries

Skills & Experience

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Must have 2 years' experience
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks (preferred)
  • Manual handling experience (advantageous but not essential)
