The business is now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join the leadership team and play a central role in shaping and accelerating its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across both brands, identifying key growth opportunities and delivering impactful annual plans.
- Own marketing investment strategy and budget allocation, ensuring spend is aligned to commercial priorities and drives measurable growth.
- Lead the development and execution of standout 360 campaigns that build brand equity and drive long-term demand.
- Develop and deliver high-impact brand partnerships that enhance visibility, credibility, and cultural relevance.
- Translate consumer, category, and commercial insight into clear strategic direction and actionable growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to accelerate distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.
