The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and generating leads across Residential, Commercial and Construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, managing client accounts, and working closely with the operations and estimating teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
This role would suit someone with business development experience from the construction or painting and decorating industry looking to join a family-run business where no two projects are the same.
- Building and developing client relationships

- Experience in Business Development
- From the Construction or painting and decorating industry
- Willing to commute to Carlisle (Main Office) once a week and Site Visits (Mainly Northwest)
