Location - Altrincham - Parking Onsite

Salary - 32,000 OTE uncapped 65,000 +

Start date - ASAP

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 18:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated, resilient, results driven sales professionals. This is a warm lead role with customers already signed up. If you thrive in a fast paced sales environment and converting high quality enquiries into customers, this role is for you. Recognising optional extras that they would benefit the customers and explaining the relevant optional extras to them. This will include calling customers who aren't expecting your call, responding to replies from customers and using your knowledge of what we offer to provide a good explanation as to what they would benefit from and why.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm Lead Conversion (Core Focus) - Handle warm leads per day and converting them with optional extras
  • Sales Performance & Follow Up - Make follow up calls, handle objections effectively. Support team targets, picking up colleagues' leads when they're on calls.
  • Customer Experience & Service - Provide clear, concise explanations of services over phone and email. Assist customers in completing online joining forms.
