Standard days Monday to Friday, based on a 39‑hour working week for the Auto Electrician role. Paying circa 30k per year DOE, this is an opportunity to join a well‑established company specialising in transforming vehicles into durable, purpose‑built machines. The Auto Electrician role is based in Manchester, accessible from Oldham, Stockport, Hyde and Ashton‑Under‑Lyne.

Duties of the Auto Electrician role:

  • Working with a wide range of materials and components
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Carrying out electrical work on vehicles
  • Wiring, crimping, and cable looming
  • Installing electrical systems including CCTV, lighting, beacons, and headlights
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical faults
  • Following health and safety procedures while completing installations and repairs
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings

You would be suitable for this Auto Electrician role if you have experience working with vehicle electrical systems in any capacity. You should be comfortable using both hand and power tools, and able to interpret electrical drawings or schematics. Training and support will be provided. Relevant qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
