Audit Senior position based in Manchester city centre within a leading independent practice with over 50 years of experience across accounting, audit, tax, payroll and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct full audits from planning to completion stages.
- Allocate work to team members and provide guidance throughout the audit cycle.
- Directly liaise with Risk Induction on the planning and progress of audits ensuring adherence and compliance.
- Identify high risk areas and potential issues, offering solutions where appropriate.
- Review the work of juniors and complete all review points in full.
Qualifications
- Qualified ACCA, ACA accountant or Qualified by Experience.
- Minimum of three years within a senior audit role.
- Competent with sampling techniques and prior experience assisting juniors on an audit.
