The partners of a successful Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a dynamic Associate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy the opportunity to run and grow their Manchester office.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s role involves:
- Leading a team of four
- A mixture of project delivery (leisure and refurbishment schemes)
- Team and client management
- Supporting the partners with business development opportunities
Once on board, the plan is to build a QS team around the new Associate Quantity Surveyor so that project work can be delegated, allowing you to focus on growing the Manchester office.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- MRICS would be ideal
- Be either a Senior QS seeking a step-up or an Associate ready for a fresh challenge
- Possess good management skills
- Have excellent pre and post contract experience
- Be eager to grow a team and get involved in business development
In return, the position offers:
