I am looking to speak to aspiring Site Engineers with around 1-2 years experience. My client is a successful, regional groundworks specialist and they are going from strength to strength. Working on packages on the commercial groundworks side of the industry, they have a loyal team delivering earthworks, drainage, roads and sewers, and reinforced concrete packages.

Contracts are typically in and around Manchester/Greater Manchester, so it will be useful if you are based in the area. Candidates could come from either a degree or trades background; the key is the desire to learn and progress in a dynamic industry whilst being given all the support you may need.

The starting salary will be between £30,000 and £35,000, and you will also be provided with transport should that be required. On a typical day, you will shadow one of the more experienced Site Engineers and will be able to learn from them in the start of your journey as a Site Engineer.
