A growing design-led architectural studio is looking to appoint an Architect with 2+ years PQE to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Architect who enjoys working across all RIBA stages and wants greater responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression within a collaborative practice.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working on thoughtfully designed projects, collaborating within a creative environment, and contributing to projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect with 2+ years PQE.
  • Experience delivering UK-based projects across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Strong technical and design capability.
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a design-led environment.

Desirable

  • Experience working on residential and mixed-use projects.
  • Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
  • Experience attending site and client meetings.
  • Strong presentation and visual communication skills.

The Role

As an Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting projects across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Producing planning, tender and technical drawing packages.
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients.
  • Supporting project delivery and programme management.
  • Attending client, design team and site meetings.
  • Contributing to design reviews and creative development.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard.
  • Assisting with planning submissions and project documentation.
