Xander Medical is a leading healthcare staffing agency committed to providing exceptional care and professional support to a wide range of healthcare settings. We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Agency Registered Nurses to join our growing team across Manchester.
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver expert clinical care and support across a variety of settings, including care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and more. You will be expected to lead shifts, administer medications, support care staff, and ensure that service users receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Administer medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines
- Supervise and support healthcare assistants and junior staff
- Accurately record and report clinical notes and incidents
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safeguarding policies
- Promote dignity, choice, and independence at all times
- Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience in a care setting
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Professional, compassionate, and adaptable approach
