As a Care Client Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Care & Social Welfare sector, providing trusted advice, tailored insurance solutions and outstanding service. You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values relationships, professionalism and long-term success.

The Opportunity
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients across the Care & Social Welfare sector
  • Delivering tailored insurance advice and solutions that genuinely support client needs
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive and comprehensive cover arrangements
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
  • Building strong working partnerships with insurers, colleagues and internal support teams
  • Staying informed on market trends, products and sector developments to deliver informed advice
  • Contributing to team success by supporting wider business objectives and growth plans

Your work as a Care Client Executive will help organisations continue delivering vital services within their communities while ensuring they have the right protection in place.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a client-facing or account management role
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to communicate confidently and professionally
  • A commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities and developing client accounts
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confidence working independently while also thriving within a collaborative team environment
  • Good IT, administration and numeracy skills
  • A proactive, driven and client-focused approach

Desirable experience includes:

  • CII or other relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience using the Acturis system
  • Previous exposure to commercial, care or specialist insurance sectors
