Our client designs and manufactures agricultural machinery used worldwide. We’re seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team and work on final assembly across a wide range of products with precision, care, and efficiency.
Skills Required:
- Mechanical assembly & fitting - including bearings, sprockets, gearboxes, etc.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical diagrams
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Working to specified timescales and tolerances
- Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards
- Keenness and interest to learn and develop within the role
- A reasonable level of strength and fitness, as the role includes manual handling
Beneficial but Not Critical:
- Electrical assembly experience
- Crane certificate
- Scissor lift licence
- Forklift licence
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay available with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x and productivity bonus. Benefits include a company pension.
