Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician! No. 27 College Road, a 120 bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday.

About the role

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and keeping everything running smoothly? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
  • Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
  • Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
  • Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
  • Helping to create a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents

About you

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work. You’ll ideally have:

  • A hands-on approach with experience in maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude, even when things get challenging
  • The ability to work independently while also supporting the wider team
