Service Advisor Main Dealership Sidcup, Kent

£27,000 - £31,000 basic (DOE) + OTE £40,000

Full-time Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am - 1pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Sidcup. If you have strong technical knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service this could be the perfect next step in your motor trade career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
  • Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
  • Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
  • Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
  • Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion

Your Background & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
