In this role, you will split your time between delivering practical training at their Maidstone centre, delivering sessions remotely from home, and occasionally attending client sites. You will support the delivery of a range of water industry training programmes, covering areas such as water treatment processes, production, storage, and wider utilities operations. You will also be responsible for developing and adapting training materials, assessing learners, and ensuring training meets both industry and awarding body standards.
The ideal candidate will live within commuting distance of Maidstone and have at least 2 years' experience within the water utilities sector. Full teaching and assessor training will be provided.
