The Company

A high growth E-Commerce business based in Kent are adding a Talent Acquisition Consultant to enhance direct hiring and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing inhouse recruiter or someone wanting to come into HR from a recruitment agency setting.

The Role

You will be hiring all Perm roles in the business direct including office roles and also warehouse positions. This is a busy role with 3-10 vacancies each month. There is an existing recruitment process and limited tools in place you will have the ability to improve the process and also to add tools that are needed. They will envisage you will need LinkedIn recruiter and to set up a CRM and are open minded to the other tools you need to do the job. The business are very fast paced, proactive and entrepreneurial and they like do-ers so they want someone who can come in and make an impact in the same way. This role can grow with the person in the position, if you are ambitious then you will suggest changes and strategies that will be useful to the business and you can own more and more remit over time as the business develops and grows. This is a full 360 role, taking briefs, advertising, headhunting, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, attending face to face interviews in the office, managing offers, sending out contracts with HR and taking part in the onboarding process.

The Requirements

  • You will likely have 2 years of recruitment experience already whether that is in an agency or inhouse.
  • You will have perm recruitment experience and can demonstrate ability to proactively source hard to find roles.
  • You will be an ambitious person and will be passionate about the business and its growth.
  • You will be expected to work with pace and a can-do, proactive, getting things done attitude.
  • This role is office based 5 days a week, there is no flex on this.
  • You will be within a 30 minute commute of the office ideally.
