An experienced SMSTS site manager is required for 1-2 weeks holiday cover in Maidstone at the end of May. Duties include overseeing work progress and day-to-day activities on multiple sites, taking action and offering delegation as required. As such the role will involve liaison between the Project team, site supervision and subcontractors.
Applicants are required to have solid construction experience (social housing experience is beneficial), excellent communications skills and the ability to start the role immediately with enthusiasm and commitment. In addition, a full driving licence and own vehicle is required as the role involves travel between several sites. Mileage will of course be payable.
