Duties
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 guidelines
- Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate site documentation
- Produce clear and detailed asbestos survey reports
- Carry out site inspections across a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy
- Strong working knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
- Excellent written reporting skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
