We are seeking an experienced EIA professional ready to take the next step in your career. If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely lead, influence projects, and work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, this could be the opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing day to day:
- Preparing EIA Screening and Scoping Requests
- Managing and compiling Environmental Statements, including drafting introductory chapters and setting up topic chapter templates
- Coordinating, reviewing, and integrating inputs from topic specialists into cohesive Environmental Statements
- Acting as a key point of contact between clients and the wider project team, ensuring clear communication and high-quality outputs
What we're looking for in you:
- Significant experience in an environmental or planning consultancy or public sector environment
- A relevant degree or master's qualification (e.g. Environment and Development, Environmental Policy, Planning, or similar)
- Practitioner membership of ISEP
- Proven experience coordinating EIAs across a range of project types
- The ability to lead aspects of EIA coordination without direct Director supervision
- Experience working on NSIP projects (desirable)
