Evoke staffing are seeking an experienced 7.5 tonne Driver to support our client based in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods across various locations.

Job Specifications

  • Monday - Friday
  • Curtainside experience (strap and pump truck)
  • 6am Starts
  • £38,000 pa
  • Temp to perm

Duties

  • Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any incidents that may occur.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driving licence
  • 7.5 tonne Driving experience
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
