We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Macclesfield site. The hours are on a two week rolling rota working 7am-7pm. Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri.

The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and motivating warehouse operatives
  • Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
  • Supporting stock control and general warehouse administration
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Team leading or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
