Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures.
- To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
- To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
- 2 years conveyancing experience.
- You will be an established Fee Earner or Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career.
