TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day-nursery in Macclesfield, which focuses on child engagement with a therapeutic approach. The setting looks after up to 125 children, with both indoor and outdoor areas split into age-appropriate sections that provide sensory enhancing activities. The nursery ensures children are able to challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment.

The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right practitioner. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and may be required to work across all rooms, supporting children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years. In a time of growth for this nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 desirable
  • Level 2 required
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum
