We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Desk Customer Liaison to join a busy operational environment. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for service requests, ensuring customers receive timely support while working closely with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions. As part of the Service Desk team, you will manage incoming requests via phone, email, and online systems, ensuring each query is accurately recorded and progressed through to resolution. You will also collaborate with engineers and service providers to track requests, resolve issues, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
