Leading, modern and flexible law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX to join their growing team in Macclesfield.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures.
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Develop professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
- Manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
- 2 years conveyancing experience.
- Established Fee Earner, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career.
- Ambitious, driven, and personable.
