The RoleThe Retail Spa Therapist will deliver premium treatments while consistently achieving retail sales targets. You will take ownership of your performance, KPIs, and client development, ensuring every client receives an elevated and personalised experience. Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalised facial and skincare treatments to the highest standard
- Provide a luxury client experience through expert consultation and aftercare advice

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy; additional certifications in facial, massage, or advanced skincare treatments are highly desirable
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a spa or beauty therapist, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment
