Our client from Lutterworth is seeking a highly skilled administrator who has worked within a Professional Conduct department previously. The successful candidate will support the timely, effective and lawful processing of complaints - please only apply if you have relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to agreed standards and deadlines, particularly with regard to complaints from initial panel stages to the hearing and post-hearing stages.
- Communicating both verbally and in writing with parties to a complaint to keep them informed of the progress of the case.
- Managing and owning a portfolio of cases.
- Assisting in the arrangement, facilitation, support and servicing of panel meetings.
- Proven experience as a case worker or similar.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding role overseeing a high volume of caseloads.
- Knowledge of the Professional Conduct Procedures and Ethical Frameworks.
- Excellent communication, listening, proactive and enthusiastic skills.
- Ability to maintain relationships with people at all levels.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills.
