Are you an Industrial Electrician or similar with a background in Facilities Maintenance or Manufacturing environments looking to work for a well‑established maintenance subcontractor who offers training or qualifications to upskill you, overtime to boost your earnings and a shift‑pattern that gives you a work‑life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company that is sub‑contracted to supply maintenance services to a distribution facility owned by one of the world's largest companies. The company's main focus is this long-standing partnership but they also work on numerous projects for a variety of other clients.

This varied role will see you primarily responsible for the production machinery, which includes automated machinery such as conveyors and electrical control panels. You will conduct pre‑planned maintenance, facilities maintenance and contractor supervision. There will also be occasional breakdowns and emergency call‑outs.

This role would suit an Electrician with a background in FMCG environments or similar, looking for a stable role with a host of company benefits from a company that will also provide plenty of training to diversify and overtime to boost your earnings.

The Role:
  • Pre‑planned Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Assisting on general facilities maintenance
  • Investment in training and qualifications
  • Shift pattern: Week 1 & 2: 6AM - 14:15PM, Week 3: 14:00PM - 22:45PM
  • Emergency on‑call rota, 1 week in 4, overtime paid at 1.5x
  • 25 days plus Bank Holidays, 6.5% pension

  • Commutable to Lutterworth
