We are currently working with a large online retailer who are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Lutterworth distribution centre. The business has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and we need someone who can help keep their operation running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology and be a part of a dynamic team.

Commutable locations: Rugby, Coventry, Lutterworth, Nuneaton, Hinkley

Job Specification:
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
  • Responsible for effective fault finding, diagnosis, analysis, and swift corrective measures for all equipment on site.
  • Maintain all Health & Safety and Quality and Regulatory Compliance processes and controls.
  • Update and maintain the maintenance system (CMMS).
  • Support all semi-skilled operators and apprentices through training and mentoring while being the main point of contact for all contractors on site (direct and 3rd party).
Requirements:
  • Qualified in Electrical Engineering (BTEC Level 3 +).
  • Proven experience of managing and coaching teams or supporting junior engineers through the ranks.
  • Proven experience within a facilities or maintenance engineering role with automated distribution, food, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with conveyors, sorters, and box cutters.
  • Experience working with maintenance engineering software.
