Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliance.
  • Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid NMC Pin: Must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a current, unrestricted registration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Compliance: Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
