Day to Day responsibilities include:

  • Working in domestic properties carrying out reactive maintenance and testing
  • Socket changes and lights
  • Reactive maintenance jobs in social housing properties
  • Good customer service
  • Use of PDA

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience as an electrician or electrical tester, EICR or electrical maintenance and experience in social housing or housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties. Required certificates include NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (18th Edition, 2391).
