As the brand continues its impressive growth journey, they're looking for an ambitious Assistant Merchandiser to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MAA or AM who loves trading product, analysing performance and influencing commercial decisions within a modern, scaling retail business.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Merchandising and wider teams across Buying, Design, Ecommerce and Wholesale, you'll play a key role in driving sales, optimising stock and supporting the performance of multiple product categories.
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy balancing analysis with commercial decision-making and want exposure across a rapidly evolving omnichannel fashion business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting weekly and seasonal trading analysis across multiple departments
  • Producing reports, sales analysis and performance insights to support key business decisions
  • Managing WSSI documents and merchandising reporting
  • Monitoring stock levels, size performance and allocations to maximise sales opportunities
  • Supporting stock flow across ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels
  • Working closely with Buying and Production teams to manage critical paths and launches
  • Identifying risks and opportunities through trading and customer behaviour analysis
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and stock data

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandising role, ideally within fashion retail
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting data
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience across ecommerce and retail channels would be highly beneficial
  • A genuine passion for product, fashion and trading
