Salary: circa 30,000 - 32,000 + Bonus + Package

Job Purpose

Join a dynamic and growing UK-wide organisation as a Project Co‑ordinator. You will be part of a proactive Projects department, working closely with the Head of Projects to organise the department and sort out all the document management and scheduling. This role is office‑based, focusing on office coordination of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the CRM systems with client information and document management of projects deliverables
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with other group departments
  • Organisation of the Projects office, purchasing and buying of services, management and coordination of engineers travel arrangements and subcontractors
  • General office administration

Key Skills/Attributes & Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration tasks
  • Project Delivery knowledge
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role would suit someone who has worked within the Construction, M&E, Small works projects role, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors.
