We are looking for passionate and adaptable 1:1 Tutors to support young people in Leicestershire who are currently out of mainstream education. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference - helping learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve positive progress through tailored, relationship-led support.

The Role

  • Deliver 1:1 tuition in the learner's home or local community
  • Teach core subjects (English, Maths, and others where required)
  • Adapt learning to individual needs, including SEN/SEMH support
  • Build positive, consistent relationships with learners
