Build Recruitment is currently looking for 2 Resident Liaison Officers for a Lead Contractor based in Long Bennington. This is a permanent opportunity, with an expected start date within the next 4-5 weeks.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience with Resident/Customer Liaison within social housing; we are open to those from other backgrounds also. Being able to speak with people face-to-face and be a friendly face to residents while assisting with any of their queries is essential.

This role will include:

  • Logging residents' issues and queries
  • Relaying back to the engineering team
  • Providing timely responses to resolve any issues

1 Resident Liaison Officer will be working within the Kitchens & Bathrooms team, and the other role will be working in the Retrofit team.

Company car OR monthly car allowance will be provided for the successful applicants.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full UK license to be able to drive to properties across the area
  • Be customer-facing and personable
  • Comfortable working alone

Salary: Up to £34,000 basic, plus car/car allowance.

Hours: 8:30am till 5pm.
