The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Vehicle Workshop Cleaner / Vehicle Washer to join a busy and friendly team based at Heathrow. This hands-on role in a Ground Service Equipment engineering environment involves maintaining cleanliness and presentation of vehicles, the workshop, and surrounding yard areas, supporting smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steam clean vehicles and equipment
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment
  • Keep the yard area clean and organised
  • Record completed work on job sheets and timesheets
  • Ensure cleaning products and supplies are monitored and replenished when required
  • Carry out general ad hoc workshop duties as required
  • Follow all company health & safety procedures and safe working practices
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions
  • Ensure waste is correctly sorted and disposed of in line with environmental procedures

About You

  • Previous vehicle washing, workshop cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good team player with a flexible and proactive approach
  • Understanding of health & safety procedures within a workshop environment
