Class 1 Personnel are recruiting VIP Chef De Partie for some of the most prestigious Lounges based at Heathrow Airport in Hounslow. This is a heavy job which will require heavy lifting and also going in and out of a walk-in freezer. This role mainly consists of general cooking duties for customers in the VIP lounges at Heathrow in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.
Shift Times: Early (4:30 AM - 1:00 PM) and Late (12:30 PM - 10:30 PM) - flexibility for both is essential.
The Candidate: To be considered for the VIP Chef de Partie role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, and the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Very smart appearance
- Provide your last 5 years history
- Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal check
- Hard working
- Can do attitude
- Reliable
- UK right to work
- Proof of National Insurance
- Be able to get to Heathrow Airport for 4:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top level cooking service to all customers within the lounge
- Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
- Support stock control and maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Follow direction from senior chefs and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar position
- Excellent customer facing and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with shift patterns
- Ability to present for an in-person interview
- Candidate may complete a trial shift
- Very smart dress code required
