A South London Local Authority is currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Rights Advisor to join their housing service on an initial 10-month contract. This opportunity offers a competitive rate of £30.96 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) and the chance to play a key role in supporting vulnerable residents across the borough. - Key responsibilities also include assisting with complaints, mediation, and court or tribunal preparation; liaising with legal, financial, and support agencies to secure positive outcomes; maintaining accurate case records; managing complex caseloads effectively.
Qualifications
